The Meltio Engine Integration Kit allows you to retrofit almost any CNC vertical machining center to create a fully functional and affordable hybrid manufacturing system that combines metal 3D printing and machining of complex geometries into a single convenient workflow. With this highly efficient solution, the only constraint is the size of the motion system.

Ideal for near-net shape manufacturing, component repair, part augmentation, and feature addition, this versatile capability increases cost-effectiveness and efficiency, and is available with IR lasers, or with blue lasers for greater absorption and a wider range of compatible materials.
