Integrated & Flexible Manufacturing for Defense TechnologyOur fully integrated production process is controlled end-to-end through an MRP/ERP system, ensuring precision, repeatability, and traceability—critical for electronics used in military communications, avionics, and defense systems.
Key production capabilities include:
- Three fast and flexible surface mount lines, all featuring Yamaha/Philips placement equipment with optimal data and tooling interchangeability via a common data network, maximising flexibility while minimising set-up time. This capability makes us highly competitive among the world’s leading contract electronic manufacturers.
- Conventional through-hole assembly, supporting leaded axial, DIL, and radial components with automated configurations for maximum production adaptability.
- Mechanical assembly, intricate sub-assemblies, and instrument build undertaken at well-equipped, anti-static workstations to IPC-A-610 standards by trained, skilled, and experienced staff. Supporting processes include mixflow epoxy potting, Kerry automated solvent board washing, and Asymtek automated conformal coating.
