Meltio, a leader in wire-laser metal additive manufacturing (AM) technology, has named technology integrator PrimeOut as their official sales partner for Portugal.
The partnership, developed in close collaboration with Sicnova, Meltio’s master distributor in the Iberian Peninsula, marks the next step in expanding Meltio’s presence across Southern Europe.
Meltio’s metal 3D printing systems utilize a patented laser metal deposition process powered by welding wire—offering a clean, cost-effective, and industrial-grade solution for applications across defense, aerospace, automotive, and energy sectors. This collaboration aims to support Portuguese industry in adopting manufacturing methods that increase independence, flexibility, and performance. Meltio sees Portugal as a key growth market, especially in light of increasing demand for localized, high-performance manufacturing capabilities in Europe.
