Meltio Robot Cell

The Meltio Robot Cell integrates Meltio’s advanced Integration Kit for Industrial Robots to provide a fully-enclosed cost-effective turnkey solution for efficient manufacturing of metal 3D printed parts using innovative Laser Metal Deposition technology. Featuring plug-and-play installation, it reduces integration complexities and allows users to get up and running as quickly as possible.

The system securely anchors the six-axis robot arm and two-axis positioner on a self-supporting platform, and all cell controls are unified on a single intuitive control panel. The supply area includes external feeders for wire spools and drums, water chillers, and inert gas supply.

The Meltio Robot Cell is controlled by the intuitive and powerful Meltio Space slicer software, which is compatible with a wide range of robot hardware, and allows users to quickly realise the benefits of Meltio additive manufacturing technology without the need for robotics or programming expertise.

Meltio offers a one-week on-site training course that provides end users with everything they need for successful manufacturing.
