Meltio M600

The Meltio M600 is a revolutionary 3D printer that uses Laser Metal Deposition technology to create fully production-ready metal parts from a variety of materials. With a built-in 3-axis probing system, fully inert print chamber, and a large print envelope of 300 x 400 x 600 mm, it can be used to print large single parts or batches of small components simultaneously.

The system’s 450 nm blue laser ensures increased energy absorption, resulting in faster deposition and overall reduced energy consumption and increased cost-effectiveness. The M600 is fully factory-calibrated and requires no recalibration or laser alignment between material changes.

The Meltio M600 provides options for manufacturing with up to four wires of different materials in the same print, and is compatible with steel, carbon steel, nickel, titanium, aluminum and copper-based alloys. A hotwire supply can also be used to increase the deposition rate and allows for more materials to be processed.

Production Ready – the M600 offers a higher deposition rate, enhanced material range, lower maintenance requirements, and built-in work holding solutions

Intuitive Use – the system is easy to use, minimizing operator interaction through advanced sensor solutions, a simplified GUI, a dedicated slicer, and zero point clamping system

Ultra-Reliability – the M600 provides unparalleled reliability and consistency thanks to the boosted wire feeding system, fiber-free deposition head, improved process control systems, and many other advanced features

Reduced Maintenance Requirements – the newly-developed deposition head removes the need for laser alignment, while the improved motion system has been optimized for maximum longevity

Blue 450 nm Laser – improves energy absorption and printing efficiency across the entire metal material spectrum

Energy-Efficient – the M600 features a significantly reduced energy consumption per component, resulting in a more environmentally-friendly and more cost-efficient production process
