Meltio Engine Integration Kit for Robots

The Meltio Engine Integration Kit allows you to turn any robot arm into a metal 3D printing system, providing compatibility with any manufacturer and interface on the market. This enables the creation of complex parts with intricate geometries, with the working envelope constrained only by the size of the motion system.

The Engine Integration Kit for robot arms is ideal for repair, feature addition and 3D printing of obsolete or hard-to-source parts, providing capabilities that were previously impossible or too costly with traditional systems. The kit is available with IR lasers, or with blue lasers for greater absorption and a wider range of compatible materials.

The kit is controlled by the intuitive and powerful Meltio Space slicer software, which is compatible with ABB, Kuka, Fanuc, Yaskawa and Siemens hardware, and allows users to quickly realise the benefits of Meltio additive manufacturing technology without the need for robotics or programming expertise.
