Engineered for defense-grade ISR operations, it fits seamlessly within 5” (127mm) gimbal enclosures, enabling advanced thermal imaging on compact aerial systems.
The folded optical path design drastically reduces the volume profile, measuring only 107mm x 101.5mm x 96mm including the detector, while maintaining exceptional zoom and focus performance. At just 302 grams net, the lens is optimized for payload-restricted platforms such as military UAVs and tactical drones.
Capable of detection ranges exceeding 14.5km, the FoldIR 25–275mm lens delivers long-range reconnaissance capability in a uniquely portable form factor. With motorized zoom and focus, integrated RS485/RS422 control, and a ruggedized build rated to IP67 (front element), it ensures operational reliability across extreme temperature spans from -32°C to +71°C.
