The WP500-1 SmartDVD (Digital Voltage Detector) is a versatile all-in-one handheld testing unit that has been developed as a replacement for the WP440, WP416, and WP435 units and has been utilized in 14 FMS countries on Boeing and Lockheed Martin aircraft.
Featuring the ability to perform automated and user-definable TPSs, the flightline tester can be equipped with next-gen or legacy cables and adapters and performs a variety of functions for the testing of aircraft weapons systems and equipment.
The unit provides full multiplex bus testing capabilities according to MIL-STD-1553, and includes an LCD digital display that outputs real-time measurement data and can be easily read under all lighting conditions. The rechargeable Li-ion battery offers up to 50 hours of operation.
