GFIMU500 IMU

The GFIMU500 combines three axes of fiber optic gyroscopes and quartz accelerometers to deliver class-leading accuracy and ultra-low drift with bias instability of <0.05°/h. With enhanced resistance to shock and vibration, the compact unit is ideal for mission-critical military and aerospace applications such as platform stabilization and inertial navigation systems. The advanced IMU features a built-in north-finding algorithm for rapid determination of initial heading and attitude, as well as enhanced Kalman filtering, and outputs data via RS-422 at rates of up to 200 Hz.
