The AM C8x/msd is a full-sized AMC (AdvancedMC) processor module hosting a 6-core Intel Xeon E-2276ME CPU and 16 Gbytes soldered DDR4 DRAM with ECC for high-performance and compute-intensive applications.

The module is available with either PCI Express or RapidIO fabric interfaces, and backplane connections have been enhanced with dual 10 Gigabit Ethernet. A variety of I/O options are provided, and a SATA Flash module can be connected for additional storage.
