The GigaStax Rugged PicoConn is a high-reliability breakout interface tailored for tactical Ethernet applications in harsh defense environments. Designed around the BotBlox GigaStax Rugged ecosystem, this compact board exposes essential signals for rapid integration and diagnostics in constrained systems. It provides direct access to five gigabit Ethernet ports via standardized PicoBlade headers, ensuring consistent mapping across all BotBlox modules for streamlined development and modular field deployment.
Built to support ruggedized Ethernet architectures, the board features dedicated headers for power input, LED activity signaling, and logic control, including I2C switch management, port resets, and power toggling. A flat-flex cable (FFC) interface enables expansion via RGMII to form a scalable 10-port switch with dual GigaStax units.
