DMU11 MEMS Inertial Measurement Unit

The DMU11 is a low-cost IMU designed for high-volume motion sensing and control applications requiring excellent performance. Combining three axes of MEMS angular rate and linear acceleration sensors, the sensor provides robust and low-noise output under challenging real-world conditions.

The compact and lightweight IMU outputs built-in test results, delta theta and delta velocity information on an industry-standard RS422 interface, making it easy to integrate into larger systems.

The IMU sensor has been fully calibrated over its entire operational temperature range. An evaluation kit for the DMU11 is available to allow designers and system integrators to easily view and log sensor output data for rapid testing and development.
