The µCORS MEMS rotation rate sensor provides a reliable and cost-effective alternative to comparable FOG sensors, delivering high-precision output data with high bandwidth and dynamic range over extended temperature ranges. With a low SWaP profile, it is ideal for stabilization and pointing applications as well as for integration into navigation, guidance and control systems.

The sensor is engineered for high performance even under significant levels of shock and vibration. Temperature-compensated angular rate, angle increment or accumulated angle data can be output via a flexible and configurable digital interface, allowing the µCORS to be easily integrated into a range of platforms.
