Milrem Robotics will debut the HAVOC 8×8 Robotic Combat Vehicle (RCV) at IDEX 2025, showcasing a highly capable unmanned platform designed for modern military operations.

The HAVOC RCV combines hybrid-electric propulsion with advanced autonomy, enabling silent movement, extended operational range, and impressive off-road performance. Engineered to tackle a wide range of combat missions, it provides military forces with a versatile, next-generation solution for ground operations in diverse and challenging environments.

Kuldar Väärsi, CEO of Milrem Robotics, said, “The HAVOC RCV has been engineered to deliver unparalleled agility and high-speed manoeuvrability, enabling commanders to project force effectively across extended distances.

Leveraging shared components with other Milrem Robotics platforms—including tracked robotic vehicles—HAVOC streamlines logistics while minimizing procurement, maintenance, and lifecycle expenses. This commonality enhances interoperability, ensuring seamless integration into existing force structures.

Lighter than traditional crewed 8×8 armored vehicles, this RCV excels in off-road conditions, offering superior agility in challenging environments. Its advanced electric drivetrain provides instant torque for rapid acceleration and improved mobility. The inclusion of pivot steering dramatically enhances maneuverability, allowing the vehicle to navigate confined spaces, urban combat zones, remote mountainous regions, and open battlefield scenarios with precision.

Designed with a five-ton baseline payload capacity, the 8×8 RCV supports a variety of mission-specific systems, from surveillance equipment to advanced weapon platforms, without compromising performance. The vehicle operates on a unified autonomy framework, ensuring seamless compatibility with Milrem’s broader unmanned ecosystem.
