SDI 1521 MEMS Accelerometer
SDI 1521 is a rugged surface mount MEMS accelerometer designed to withstand harsh conditions while delivering precision, sensitivity, reliability, and affordability. Available in a variety of g-range options, it incorporates a MEMS capacitive sense element and a custom IC with integrated sense amplifier and differential output stage.
Each unit is individually factory tested and calibrated before shipment, and detailed calibration reports are provided.
